Meet our founder

Mordechai Segal

Mordechai (Motty) Segal (b. October 12, 1975) is the founder and CEO of IN Group, one of Hungary’s leading real estate development and investment companies. A Certified Public Accountant with a Business Administration degree from the University of Haifa, he began his career at Ernst & Young in 2000 before moving to Hungary, where he has lived for over 20 years. Since founding IN Group in 2011, he has built it into a diversified enterprise spanning development, construction, and asset management. Married with four children, Motty combines strong personal roots in Hungary with a reputation for innovation, professionalism, and leadership in the real estate sector.
